We are exited to announce that TSS Photography is our new school photographer this year! School Picture Day is THIS THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st. All students in grades Pre-k-12 will have their pictures taken for the yearbook. Order forms have been sent home with students. Please send correct change or checks made payable to TSS photography WITH YOUR STUDENT and completed order form on picture day. Online ordering will be available AFTER photos are taken. If you wish to order your student's photos online, please complete an order form and be sure to include the email address in which you would like the proofs to be sent to.
Families, we have been notified the police are looking for a man over an incident in Centralia area. He was last seen on highway 161 and 37. The sheriff said he has most likely fled the area. We will be watchful at school and continue a normal day as possible. We will keep everything locked as usual and keep extra eyes on the situation. Police will be on patrol throughout the day. Some of our elementary classes got to find pumpkins in our back field yesterday. They had a really fun time finding them! Thanks to Mrs. H for bringing them to our school!

SENIORS! Jostens was here today to give out information about Caps and Gowns! Please look for the order form coming home with your students today. Cap and Gown orders are due back on Thursday, September 14th, when Jostens will be here to pick them up. Caps and Gowns ONLY will be $34.50. Please send the exact change or a check written to Jostens. Any other items you may want to order can be done online through their website.
SOPHOMORES! Students have class ring order forms with them, so please look for those. If anyone wants to order class rings, that will be done online or with the order form. If orders are done by Thursday, September 14th, students will receive some incentives, including a 2026 hoodie and a 2026 ring band to wear until their rings come in.

Good afternoon,
Today an incident involving a student that was accused of speaking about bringing a weapon into school happened after lunch. The administration was alerted to this incident and a full investigation was conducted that included our Crisis Team as well as local law enforcement. We want to assure our families that all necessary steps are taken to ensure the safety of our students. After the investigation was concluded, we were secure in the decision to inform our families that our students are and will continue to be safe at school. We acted in extreme caution by conducting interviews with key people involved as well as parents of the students implicated. We will continue to monitor the situation, with the intention of keeping our students and staff safe. Overall we have had a great start to the school year. If you have any questions or concerns please alert local law enforcement or feel free to email or call the school.
