Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our Accelerated Reader program through Renaissance Learning is challenging students to engage in reading and to continue to build their reading skills. During the mandated school closure, students may take Accelerated Reader tests at home.
Students may access the Accelerated Reader tests using the following link.
https://global-zone08.renaissance-go.com/welcomeportal/372337
Each student will then log in as if they would at school. They will select “I am a Student” and then enter their login and passwords. They can then proceed as normal to take reading quizzes.
Thank you for continuing the partnership between home and school during this unprecedented time! We hope that the new access to Accelerated Reader at home will keep students reading!
Thank you!
Odin Public Schools

In a press conference held today, Governor Pritzker issued a Stay-at-Home Order through April 7 as COVID-19 cases climb. Therefore, school will remain cancelled until that order is lifted. At this time, Odin PSD WILL continue to offer meals to students on the scheduled distribution days. Updates and announcements will continue to be posted on our school website, app, and Facebook page.

Due to lack of interest from families, and to minimize the risk of exposure, meal distribution for the week of 3/23/2020 will be as follows: Monday (3/23) from 11:00-12:30 and Friday (3/27) from 11:00-12:30. Each pack will contain 4 breakfast meals and 4 lunch meals. Buses will NOT be running. All meal packs must be picked up from Odin School during those times.

Back in December, students in 3rd and 4th grade created 4 fleece tie blankets for Project Linus. They spent countless hours cutting and tying blankets. This week, we got a thank you card from Sarah Bush Hospital Children's Department for all their hard work! Go Eagles!
