These are wild times. For many of us, all we can think about is COVID-19. It is affecting almost every part of our daily lives. Someday, though, this will all be a memory – something that happened in the past that we all got through, together.
Making a time capsule is a fun activity and a great way to preserve memories. When you open it years later, it’s like looking at photo albums, going though old yearbooks, or opening a box of childhood mementos.

Daily attendance check in is now available through TeacherEase!
Pre-k - 2nd grade parents may log in to the parent portal of TeacherEase, where you will be immediately prompted to check your student or students in for the day. Students in grades 3-12 may log in to their student portal OR a parent may check them in through the parent portal. Students may be checked in for attendance any time between 8:00AM-11:30AM. https://www.teacherease.com/common/login.aspx

Attention Seniors: The local Odin scholarship due dates have been extended to May 1st. Please check your Google email as all of the applications have been sent to you! Or you can find them on our scholarship web page.

Reminder: Today is a food distribution day! If you are interested in picking up a meal pack, they will be available at Odin School from 11am-12pm today. Each pack will contain 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches.
Today is the day! Rain or shine, the Easter Bunny will be waiting in front of the school to see you and your family drive by. Hop in the car for some quick Easter fun and get your picture of the Easter Bunny any time between 1 and 3 p.m. We'd love to see those pictures!

This months Regal Eagle award goes to John and Barb Spears. Two of nicest people in town. During baseball and softball season, they usually aren’t too far away from Odin Park. They took care of the park for several years. If you see them out and about when some form of normalcy resumes I will guarantee you they will greet you with a smile. Thank you both for being the outstanding people you are and wonderful examples of what Eagles in the village should be like. The Easter Bunny will be up at the school this Saturday from 1-3 p.m. hoping to see all Odin students and their families. Hop in the car with your family so you don't miss out!

The most recent closure means that the Senior Fundraiser, "Egg My Yard," will have to be canceled/rescheduled.

If you live outside of town, you may spread out along the Halloween Parade route to view the parade.

Today Governor Pritzker extended the school closure mandate through April 30, 2020. We will continue to evolve our remote learning plans to help keep our students education on track. Please continue to check our social media, app, and website for updates.
