**Preschool Screening Information for 2020 School Year**
As we do not yet know when we will be able to hold a physical PreK screening for the upcoming school year, we are asking families that are interested in the Odin PreK to fill out the Google Form to help us make the screening process as quick as possible. Our preschool program is grant funded by the state and children that are deemed most at risk are found eligible first. All of the information collected is required by the Preschool For All grant. FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD A SPOT IN THE PROGRAM. Please contact Brittany Boldt with any questions at bboldt@roe13.org

Well here’s to being a bit nostalgic and maybe slightly cliché...but this month’s Regal Eagle award goes to the Senior class of 2020. Your time in the building as a student may be done but you will always belong here, have a home here, and be welcome here. Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle. Fly high and chase your dreams.

I just realized I haven’t announced the Regal Eagle award for the month! This month’s Regal Eagle is Mary Minor. She is everything from Lunch Lady to superintendent babysitter/advisor and much, much more. She is always willing to go above and beyond even outside the school but specially with all her “kids”. She is “Mom” to staff and students. There is rarely an event in the village she hasn’t been a part of in some fashion. We love you Mary Lu, thank you for all you do. Remember you can email your nominations to regaleagle@odinpublicschools.org

Congratulations Graduates!!! You all have this gift waiting for you on the lawn of the school. You may come pick your sign up anytime. Please take a photo next to your sign and post it in the comments on the Facebook post.

Reminder: Today is the FINAL food distribution day for the school year! If you are interested in picking up a meal pack, they will be available at Odin School from 11am-12pm today. Each pack will contain 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches.

The IHSA has cancelled all summer contact days and workouts. Please consult with your child’s coach if you have any questions.

In times like these, when communities are seeking many ways to keep their school and community working together, we are proud that we have strong, stable men and women who are helping guide decisions that will impact the future of Odin Public School District. Please join us in welcoming our newest School Board Member, Terry Nix! We look forward to the contribution that you will bring to the position.
