
Group assignments have been sent out to all parents/guardians of students who registered for school. Students who did not register, have NOT been placed in groups. If you did not receive a message regarding your student’s group assignment, please contact the school as soon as possible. This is a tentative plan and this schedule is subject to change as new guidelines are released from the state. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work toward a great school year.

Because of social distancing guidelines and other gathering limitations, we will be unable to host our back to school pool party this year. Parents and guardians of returning students: To make registration move a little quicker, please log in to the parent portal of TeacherEase today through Friday (7/10) to update your personal information as well as emergency contacts on file for your child. This online registration DOES NOT replace the MANDATORY in person registration that will be held on 7/21, 7/22, and 7/23.

The Regal Eagle Award for July goes to one of my favorites people, Ashley Ambuehl. Ashley graduated from Odin in 2007. Since then she has accomplished many things to be proud of. She attended Kaskaskia and from there moved on to Murray State. Following college she became a Peace Corps volunteer and is currently a helicopter pilot for the United States Navy. Ashely has set a remarkable example for all of us Eagles and her reach has extended far beyond the boundaries of our nest. Thank you Ashley for all you have done and will do, we love you and stay safe.

2020-2021 School Supply Lists




Due to state and CDC guidelines, registration will look a little different this year. Odin Public School District #722 will be holding registration from 1pm- 6 pm on the following dates:

All students in the Odin School District will need to register regardless of previous enrollment. Registration fees this year are $80 per student. Financial applications will be available at registration to determine whether registration fees may be waived. If your student is enrolled in Driver’s Education, there will be an additional $60 fee for that course (Driver’s Education fee cannot be waived).

While we do not know when registration will be or what it will look like just yet, we wanted to give you a head start on completing the mandated health requirements required by the state of Illinois. If your student requires medication to be administered during the school day, a new medication consent form must be signed by a physician and on file with the school for the current school year. Any incoming seniors who are behind on credits may call the school and come pick up a Chromebook for credit recovery. Chromebooks may be picked up tomorrow, June 10th between 9:00 AM-2:00 PM from the main office. The deadline for incoming seniors to complete credit recovery is June 26, 2020. This is for INCOMING SENIORS ONLY.
