On Wednesday, February 9, Mrs. True’s Foods 2 and Mr. Capps’s Senior Leadership courses visited Castle Ridge Event Center. Students toured the event center’s facilities and kitchen. This gave students the opportunity to learn more about food preparation and entrepreneurship. To end their trip off right, students ate a nice lunch together.
