We are so proud of Sophia for showing Purpose. Sophia showed purpose by working hard to reach fundraising goals and taking responsibility for her actions. She makes an effort to have positive interactions with people in the hallways and is improving in her coursework and focus.
We are so proud of Aabri for showing purpose. Aabri shows purpose by being a positive influence in the building. She asks if she can help her peers with concepts, volunteers to take notes for absent students, and is consistently pushing herself to be her best.

Making celebration a family event! Odin Public School faculty members Denise Wolf and Abby Sloat, mother and daughter, were celebrated in the 5th grade classroom by Grand Canyon University development counselor Renae Bauer. Both recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from GCU. Mrs. Sloat received her Masters in Social Work, and her mother Denise Wolf received her Bachelors of Arts in elementary education. All of you colleagues and students at Odin Public School are very proud of you. Congratulations!

Monday night, the junior high boys golf team won a 4-Team Match at Colonial Golf Course. Their team has played 2 matches now and won both.

We are so proud of Carson for showing Purpose. In PE, Carson allowed a student to reach home safely so they could continue to enjoy the game. He could have got them out but seen they were having fun. Carson made this decision on his own by showing purpose and compassion.

Due to balloon artist availability on 80 tickets will be sold. FCFS.
Jail house has rules & a “jail immunity” pass available.
If the weather restricts us from being outside, we will move everything in the big gym.

Last month, high school students attended an ACES competition at Kaskaskia College and Math Field Days at SIUC, testing their Engineering and Math knowledge. The Juniors received Honorable Mention for their team score at Math Field Days, placing 5th out of 16 Class A Illinois high schools.
