OPS Lady Eagles win 13-0 over Grayville. Eagles move to 4-0 in the MTC and 6-1 overall.


The HS Lady Eagles Softball Team falls to 5-1 on the season after a 10-6 loss to Carlyle yesterday. Eagles will travel to Grayville today for MTC play.

10 Middle School and High School FFA members traveled to Kaskaskia College to compete in the Illinois FFA State Dairy Cattle Evaluation! 🐄

Due to severe weather, the HS Baseball and HS Softball games that were scheduled to be played today, March 31st have been CANCELED. Coaches will contact players regarding practice.

There is an outside medical emergency that does NOT involve students at Odin School. School grounds are being used to assist medical professionals. At this time, students are not going to be permitted to be outside of the school building until given the all clear. Pre-K dismissal may be delayed by a few minutes.

Kindergarten is starting to learn about the life cycles of plants. They started learning with planting their own flowers. All smiles!




It was Science Experiment Day in PreK. We made ice cream in a bag, then finished the day with a sundae bar! Happy Spring!


Yesterday, 6 FFA members traveled to Bond County Fairgrounds to participate in the Section 21 Dairy Cattle Evaluation CDE. It was an udderly good time! 🐄



Yesterday our 4th grade learned about force, friction and motion using the scientific method and some toy cars. They had a great time learning!





Today the star room read the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar and participated in a counting activity. The children counted each snack then ate it. The children tried 7 different items resulting in very full belly's just like the caterpillar.
