
Junior High Boys Basketball will play at Central City today at 5pm. There will be no bus for players.

Yesterday, FFA members and Exploratory Ag students enjoyed their visit from Illinois FFA State Vice President, Mr. Lane Harvey. Members and students enjoyed building towers, creating paper airplanes, and competing with each other in Pictionary. Thank you, Lane, for teaching us about the three pillars that make up FFA and letting us know its okay to have different perspectives.

Junior class is selling 1/2 Hog raffle tickets - $20 a ticket. If you are interested in purchasing a ticket, please contact Mrs. Kuhlig, Mr. Capps, or a Junior Class student.


Eagles win the first round of the Regionals 62-49 over Hutsonville-Palestine. They play again tomorrow vs North Clay 7:30 at Red Hill. Go Eagles!!!

Tomorrow, February 25th, will be the Spring/Sport/Club pictures. Athletes must bring their uniform to be pictured. Clubs, please wear or bring your club shirts.

We are going to start recognizing members of our Eagle community- from citizens of the village to our fine alumni. We are going to acknowledge these people with the honorable “Regal Eagle award”. You can nominate people for this distinguished honor by sending an email to regaleagle@odinpublicschools.org with a name and a brief reason why that person should be recognized along with a photograph of that person. We are going to do this monthly and the first “Regal Eagle” is Sam Snodsmith. Sam is forever a great ambassador for our school and village. We appreciate you Sam- Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle.

Tomorrow is Senior Night! All Seniors will be recognized in between games. The theme is "Senior Citizen" so come dressed! Students dressed up will get into the game for free! Let's pack the stands and give these Seniors the recognition they deserve!
